  1. These came out so well! I need to remember to save some of our received Christmas cards this year, so we can do something like this in the future :-)

  2. Yes, do save some of your Christmas Cards! I keep ours, along with other religious images (from old calendars etc) in a little box for the kids to use for craft projects. This was so fun and easy, they just painted the wooden ornaments and then used Mod Podge to attach the pictures. I thought they turned out so pretty, and would have loved to have them for our tree, but the kids made them to give to each of their Godparents. :)

  4. I find myself saving all of the religious cards because they are so beautiful. Your idea is a wonderful way to use these cards. I think I will do this next year with the grandchildren. Perhaps we will take them to a nursing home or to the elderly sisters at the convent. Thanks for sharing.

  7. How beautiful! Is there a way to PinIt? I have a terrible memory!! Where were the stars purchased?
Thank you so much for your inspiration. May you and your family be blessed by our Lord and His Mother!

    1. Here... I pinned it onto one of my boards, and you can re-pin it from there. :)

  9. I've looked all over for the stars. Has anyone found them recently either online or in a store? If so, can you tell me what they are "called" other than wooden stars. Thank you!
